Our primary shipping partner is Canada Post.  In the event Canada Post does not service your region we will find the best and most economical shipping alternative.  For most economical shipping through Canada Post, please allow 1-5 days shipping within Canada, 4-7 days shipping to USA, and 10-14 days shipping international. Customs and duty charges may apply on US and international orders and it is the recipient's responsibility. Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and some restrictions may apply. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed. 


WITHIN CANADA: Expedite Parcel (1-5 business days), Xpresspost (1-2 business days)

USA: Expedite Parcel USA (4-7 business days) , Xpresspost USA (2-3 business days)

INTERNATIONAL: Small Packet Intl. (10-14 days. Most economical. Not trackable), Tracked Packet Intl. (6-10 days), Xpresspost Intl. (4-7 days).

You understand and agree that Six Week Residency  shall not be liable for lost items and any damages to items due to shipping. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Six Week Residency will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company.  We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

How do I return or exchange an item? 

Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from ship date on regular priced items. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Six Week Residency will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Credit will be provided, No Refunds. All sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. Six Week Residency does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (i.e.. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the seller will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

It is Six Week Residency's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered in tact, unworn, in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached), and free of any manufacturers' defects. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Six Week Residency and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the seller (Six Week Residency) will apply.
